Jiro Baba
Jiro joined HMV’s Tokyo Ginza store in 1997 as a stock processor and later became rock music buyer. He transferred to the e-commerce team at the time of the HMV.co.jp launch and is now part of the online operation which contributes over 10% of sales to HMV Japan. |

Yvonne Drake
Since joining HMV in 1994, Yvonne has managed four stores, including her current role at Manchester’s Trafford Centre, for which she has been an HMV Store Manager of the Year. |

Elyse Goldsworthy
Elyse is branch manager of Waterstone’s Bluewater, a position to which she was promoted three years after joining the company. Elyse is a recent recipient of the Branch Manager of the Year award. |
